Charges

​

Period 12:00 Noon Saturday to 12:00 Noon following Saturday

​

Minimum charge (For up to 35 people)  2025   £2,195 (£62.71  per person)
 

Each additional person above 35     £22.60 

​

Hire covers 15 ridge tents (14’ x 14’) ,1 large marquee (3 Pole) 60’ x 30’ and 2 small 12’ x 12’ Marquees with electrical supply to all and 2 permanent buildings as described on Site facilities and contacts.

Each additional tent £90 per week

Own tents £25 per week per tent 
 
Caravans/camper vans £30 per week

Blankets, if required, charged at £1.00 each for the week (No change on 2020)

Camp beds (metal cross framed) are available for hire @ £5 per week each (No change on 2020)

​​

Electricity consumed will be charged at £0.50p per kwh

​​

Gas consumed will be charged at  £0.80p per cu metre

​

We can also offer discounted fares on Wightlink ferries through our account, please ask for details
 
There are no additional costs. All above charges include VAT, where applicable. (N.B. A VAT receipt cannot be supplied, as the site is not registered for VAT)
 
A non-returnable deposit of £400.00 is payable when submitting your booking form.  
 
Please ring or email to confirm availability of site before submitting your booking form and deposit.
 
Basic hire charge for the week, plus any requested additional items and ferry bookings , will be invoiced and payable 8 weeks before date of hire. Electricity and gas will be separately invoiced after hire has finished, including final numbers attending and any other variations on initial invoice.
